Refund, Return & Exchange Policy - ZAVORA
We naturally hope you're happy with your order from ZAVORA. Is that not the case? No worries - you always have the option to return or exchange.

🔄 Return policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Conditions:
The product is unused, undamaged and in original condition.

The original packaging is still intact (if reasonably possible).

Personalised or hygienic products (such as jewellery or underwear) are excluded from return.

Return costs:
Return shipping is at your own expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

We advise you to always keep a tracking receipt.

How to return?
Contact us at support@zavora.nl with your order number.

We will send you the return address and further instructions.

After receiving and checking the product, we will refund your money within 5 to 10 working days via the original payment method.

Exchanging
Would you prefer a different product, size or colour? No problem! Contact us within 14 days and we will look at the possibilities together.

Exchanges are only possible if the product is in stock.

The return conditions described above also apply to exchanges.

Refund policy
After receiving your return, we will check the product. If everything is in order: 

We will refund the full purchase price (ex shipping costs) within 5-10 working days.

Did you return only part of your order? Then only the cost of that/those item(s) will be refunded.
Please note:

Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used to pay.

Any delay at your bank is beyond our control.

ZAVORA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the policy (such as damaged or used products).
