Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.
If one or more provisions in these general terms and conditions are at any time wholly or partially void or annulled, the other provisions shall remain fully applicable.
Article 4 - The offer
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
Prices are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
As it concerns a dropshipping model, delivery times may be longer than usual. These are mentioned with the product or during checkout.
Article 5 - The agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the offer by the consumer and the fulfilment of the conditions set out therein.
The entrepreneur confirms receipt of the order by e-mail.
Article 6 - Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving reasons.
During the withdrawal period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care.
The costs of return shipment shall be borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 7 - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products that:
are custom-made;
cannot be returned for hygienic reasons;
can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
Article 8 - Delivery and execution
The entrepreneur will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders.
Delivery times usually vary between 7 and 21 working days, depending on the supplier.
Consumers should note that products are shipped from abroad, which may affect delivery time and packaging.
Article 9 - Guarantee
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications mentioned in the offer and the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability.
Any factory guarantees will be passed on as received from the supplier.
Article 10 - Liability
The entrepreneur is not liable for indirect damage such as consequential damage, lost profit or missed savings.
Article 11 - Complaints procedure
Complaints should be reported within 7 days of discovery via e-mail.
The entrepreneur will answer the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
If the complaint cannot be solved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is open to dispute resolution.
